As Managing Director, he recruited and trained, over a 15-year period, hundreds of consultants, managers and directors in Germany, France, Switzerland and Austria. Subsequently, Pierre joined The Adecco Group to develop LHH Recruitment Solutions in France and Asia, covering countries such as China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore. He spent almost 8 years on this mission before being appointed Group Transformation Director in France.
In 2023, Pierre joined forces with a team of renowned and passionate entrepreneurs to create W Executive, a company specialized in the modernization of recruitment and human resources consulting, while promoting "Responsible Leadership". Pierre is himself a Responsible Leader who enjoys discovering and developing the talents of his employees by encouraging them to reach their full potential. Sara Charlet started her career as an international strategy consultant at Mc CANN London. She then joined international FMCG groups such as Danone, Cadbury and Mondelez, where she held marketing and sales management positions. In 2015, Sara decided to specialize in recruitment consultancy, becoming a partner in a firm dedicated to private equity players and their investments. She then created her own firm, focusing on Executive Search for scale-ups and innovative companies, some of which are mission-driven companies.

Ismael Fadhlaoui started his career in recruitment consulting within the Adecco Group in 2012, working in an agency specializing in the construction and industry sectors. This first experience was rich in lessons and encounters. His passion for human contact and customer service led him to continue his career at LHH Recruitment Solutions, where he participated in the launch and management of the Distribution, Sales and Marketing teams, before leading them. During his tenure, he recruited, managed and developed dozens of employees in the Paris region.
His ability to listen and adapt has enabled him to build loyalty among his clients and employees, while offering tailor-made support to his candidates. This is why, in 2023, Ismaël joined forces with a team of experts to found W Executive and apply his skills in team coaching. Bertrand began his career with the Page Group as a Recruitment Consultant, before reinforcing his expertise in the industrial world as Lean Manager within the Pharmaceutical entity Patheon, CDMO of the Thermo Fisher Scientific group.
Bertrand then accompanied the growth of Kenseo, an expert in Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development and Career Transition, member of the Lorenz & Hamilton Group. Over a period of 18 years, he held various positions, firstly Consultant, then Director of the Assessment and Executive Search practice, and finally Executive Director of all activities.
In 2023, he became a W-Executive Equity Partner, in charge of developing the entire Industry sector.

For over two years, he worked as a Recruitment Consultant and was later approached by Lincoln, which was looking to expand its Interim Management branch. Within the organization, Nicolas helped establish this practice alongside Partner while also developing a portfolio of Executive Search assignments in the Financial and Human Resources sectors.
